I’m running for City Council to bring thoughtful leadership and real solutions to the issues impacting our community, including rising taxes and fees, traffic, public safety, and youth opportunities. Groveland is growing rapidly, and I believe we must grow responsibly while protecting the character that makes our city special. I’m committed to controlling growth, improving quality of life, and putting residents first.
Groveland deserves leadership that puts residents first, makes responsible decisions with our tax dollars, and protects our community’s charm for generations to come. Stephen believes in a future where growth is controlled, public safety is prioritized, and every voice matters.
Stephen will prioritize the needs of Groveland residents over the interests of out-of-town developers and special interests.
Stephen will protect taxpayer dollars by budgeting wisely and planning ahead so residents don’t face surprise 40% plus increases in water rates overnight.
Stephen will focus on improving local roads and will collaborate with state and county partners to reduce traffic.
Stephen will support and strengthen our police and fire departments to keep Groveland safe and secure.
Stephen will preserve Groveland’s natural beauty, lakes, parks, and small-town character for future generations.
Stephen will champion partnerships with local schools and youth programs to invest in Groveland’s future generations.
